New Leaf Farm is an organic farm and keeps cows, calves and chickens. The cottages are situated just 2 miles from Bath city centre in the village of Bathampton which has a shop, post office, church and two pubs. The River Avon and beautiful Kennet and Avon Canal pass through the village and there is an easy walk into Bath along the canal or through Bathampton meadows

This scenic trip along the River Avon contains many features and an abundance of wild life. You may spot wild ducks, geese, kingfishers, herons and an occasional otter. (seasonal)
The Kennet & Avon Canal passes through Bathampton with the River Avon below and wooded hills above. There are a number of special places worth looking out for along the way including the Dundas Aqueduct (3 miles), Avoncliff Village (7 miles) and the medieval town of Bradford on Avon (6 miles).

Dates back to the 13th Century and was originally a monastery. It features priest holes, low ceilings, beams, nooks, crannies and real log fires.

The Church is said to have Norman foundations. The Trefoil Cross, on the east end of the Chancel Roof, is from the original monastic Tithe Barn; the Tithe Barn can be found further down the canal in Bradford-on-Avon.
