Latest update 1 November 2020
From Thursday 5th November to Wednesday 2nd December we regret that we are only open to guests who have to travel for work purposes and for a limited number of other exceptions which will be set out in due course by the government.
If you have a booking within these dates, please be assured that we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
We are open and still accepting guests from Thursday 3rd December and instant booking is available here.
We deeply regret this disruption to your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Steven Horler, Manager
Peace of mind guarantee
We know you appreciate flexibility when booking a stay. If you make a booking with us and you cannot travel due to any future lockdown, we would be pleased to transfer your booking to another date of your choosing, subject to availability.
We have been awarded the “Good to Go” certificate which was developed in partnership with experts in health and hospitality. This industry standard certifies we meet all government guidelines for operating and that our cleaning and disinfecting procedures mean you can stay with us with confidence. Here are some of the measures we have taken to ensure your stay is a safe one:
Approved products: We use disinfectants approved by health agencies to help prevent the spread of COVID-19
Thoroughly clean: Each room is cleaned using extensive cleaning checklists
Every surface sanitized: All high-touch surfaces are sanitized, such as doorknobs, cabinets and light switches
Protective equipment: We wear protective equipment, like a mask and gloves, while cleaning
Cleaning supplies on hand: We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
We will contact you prior to arrival and give clear instructions regarding our check-in process.
Travelling from Abroad:
Before travelling you will need to check the local requirements for paperwork and any associated travel restrictions (including quarantine advice) with the UK government. You can find the necessary information by following this link:
